Mr. Sullivan, your book says that there would be a template for the proper format for Kindle publications. Your link on the side has a 404 error. If you could fix that or give a list of what needs to be done, I would really appreciate it. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter; and thank you for an excellent book.
I have the same issue. I agree - Excellent Book! I don't usually rate books or leave comments, but I will on this one. I also downloaded the Hit and Run: Internet Marketing and I'm looking forward to reading it.
You have a great writing style - you talk right to the reader - not above or below, but right on their level. That is a wonderful quality.
